Since 1991, the Goshen Recreation Commission has worked to develop and enhance recreational opportunities for the citizens of Goshen. In November 1999, the Goshen Park District was formed with the purpose of developing a park system that will meet the needs of all the citizens of Goshen. We first surveyed Goshen residents in March of 2002. Now, as we develop a master plan for the Goshen Park District, we need your input again.
